F4 Bushcraft Survival Knife

2 items left

  • The F4 is our general purpose bushcraft style survival knife. Its 4" blade is robust enough to withstand the toughest survival situations, yet refined enough to breeze through any bushcraft task. Constructed from 5/32" thick CPM®3V high-alloy steel, these knives are exceptionally durable. The spine will rain sparks from a ferro rod or scrape cedar bark for tinder. The sturdy full tang is skeletonized to reduce the overall weight of the knife, making the F4 an ideal carry companion in the field or around town. You'll find the ergonomic 5" handle has no hotspots, providing a seamless interface between your hand and the tool. Whether you're crafting a bow drill or field dressing an elk, the F4 will get the job done right.

Awesome knife - Sheath is ok

cut thru the leather sheath on accident the first day i opened up the package. almost cut myself. On the one hand the knife is extremely sharp but was bummed i went thru the sheath on the first day. should have got he kydex option but not going to reduce the rating for the knife cause I'm a dummy.

Hi Joel,

We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying your new F4. However, we are very sorry to hear that you cut through your new leather sheath. Unfortunately, cutting through leather sheaths is just a general problem that leather sheaths have. However, we stand behind everything we sell. I'm going to shoot you and email so that we can get a new replacement sheath headed your way at no cost to you ASAP.

For me personally, I'll take kydex over leather any day for several reasons including this one. But we offer the leather because leather people love their leather and we want to give the people what they want!

If you would rather have a kydex replacement over a leather replacement, we are happy to accommodate that!

Thank you for your support!

F4 is perfect

I purchased the F4 after researching several fixed blade options over the past 6 or so months. I live on the Youghiogheny river and I am an avid fly fisherman and kayaker. My go to knife for many years was a 4 inch folding knife, but I felt that a fixed blade would serve me better. I have an old 3 inch case knife with a stag handle on my desk that used to be my grandfather’s and that motivated me to really look at a higher quality knife as my go to. I clearly do not put a knife through the paces like I see some of the reviewers doing on YouTube, but I felt I still needed a knife I could rely on in an emergency. The F4 has exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be a high quality knife but you just don’t realize how perfect it is until you have one. The blade design, weight, balance, handle and the knees sheath could not be better. So much attention to detail must have went in to making this knife. As I look at my grandfather’s case knife that is 100 years old, I know that one of my family members will be looking at the F4 100 years from now. This knife is clearly more knife than I will ever need but isn’t that the point? Thank you so much for making these and I am appreciative that I am able to own one.
