Returns and Exchanges - US


(a) If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer free US returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. Just send us an email at hello@reiffknives.com to start your return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to use for your return shipment. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will issue a full refund, as long as the product is not damaged or modified in any way.


Any products being returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition. Products received for return or exchange and determined at the sole discretion of Reiff Knives not to be in new, unused condition can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer refuses to pay for return shipping, the used product will be held for 14 days. If, in that 14 day period, the customer does not make their own shipping arrangements and notify Reiff Knives of said arrangements via email through the contact us page, the customer agrees that Reiff Knives, at its sole discretion, may dispose of the product.


We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. You are responsible for the cost to insure your package. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged.

Counterfeit Products:


We do not cover counterfeit products. If a product returned for warranty claimis suspected to be counterfeit, the customer agrees to surrender the product to Reiff Knives at no cost to Reiff Knives and with no consideration in exchange for the product, and the product will be immediately destroyed at the sole discretion of Reiff Knives.
